I specialize in pain management for chronic conditions, trigger points, soft tissue injuries, and post-operative recovery.

Each and every Massage is tailored specifically to your needs–which we will discuss and determine prior to your session.

Typically, I apply a combination of Myofascial Release,  Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, and Thai Yoga Massage. These modalities promote healing and relaxation by increasing blood flow, oxygen and nutrients to the soft tissues.

RATES for full bodywork sessions (by appointment only) @ The Metta Center of Saint Pete.

  • You can also find me doing chair massage @ GRASSROOTS KAVA HOUSE in Saint Pete EVERY Tuesday and Thursday from 7 pm – 11 pm.  Or at ROOTS TO CROWN in Saint Pete EVERY Saturday from 7 -11 pm.  No appointment necessary. –This is a great opportunity for you to get a sense of my energy and touch without having to commit to a full session.
